Holding the position of the third-largest English speaking theatre district in the world after New York and London, Toronto is host to an eclectic, cosmopolitan and sophisticated arts and culture community.

A freewheeling showcase for vanguard art, The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery, is known internationally as an influential conduit for new Canadian and international art, while The Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art (MOCCA) located in the West Queen West Art + Design district mounts ground-breaking exhibitions of work by emerging and established Canadian and International artists.
